To most, gold and money seems to be the most valuable.
But what can gold and money do other than to have a value inscribed to it by mankind?
What use is there for gold apart from the small quantities used in electronics manufacturing?
What use is there for money if people do not accept it as a means of trade?
On the other hand, we would not be able to survive without nature… water, sunlight, animals, insects, plants… and of course, other humans. All part and parcel of our natural ecosystem.
Perhaps it is time we look beyond the illusionary perceived value of gold and money.
And then perhaps we can value what is indeed valuable and use the resources we have towards preserving and ensuring the sanctity of what it is to be alive.
