Because we are so conditioned by societal norms, we subconsciously sweep aside our subconscious mind where creativity resides.
People who are paid princely sums are too afraid to screw up, resulting in rational thought interfering with the subconscious creative mind.
People who have enough and are not afraid to lose their jobs could be in a better position to be creative.
So shouldn’t we ensure that everyone has enough to survive and pay people measured upon productive output or the ideas they produce?
